Best Creature Tournament
 

My past tournaments have fallen to shit, and laziness, but after watching pumpkinhead I feel motivated to make a good one. If this has been done... well i'm doing it now. But, I need to figure out the image thing... but I think I can manage, looks easier now.



I changed my mind. You do not need to have 600 posts to play, that was uncalled for. But, just to keep it somewhat contributing members only, i'll say 100.

How about the monster from "Monsturd"?

I like these. Frankenstein, to me, isn't really a creature monster, just, a messed up guy. But for the blob i'll use the new blob. Still thinking about the horror express, as I dunno what it is, but i'll look into it.

I'm still considering werewolves, since there are so many that are great. If any, the ones from dog soldiers will definently be in it.

What about my suggestion? Most of the obvious ones were already covered...

Why not just do werewolves in general then?

That would be a great idea, but, if you look at the various ones from films, in the way they act, move, look, and kill, i'd say each film has a different species in a way.


Hmm, I also could maybe do the Kraken from POTC2, but i'm not sure.

I'm already voting for the Creature from the Black Lagoon creature. Best monster ever made, still works fine today, kicked ass in 3D. The suit looks cool, both the land and water versions looked fantabulous.

The Shark from Deep Blue Sea for killing Samual L Jackson. A huge feat.

Yeah. Now the Blob effects in the Blob remake were good. They were huge! But the original Blob is still the definitive Blob. It's a better movie, too. Well the originals generally are, i think.

Nothing is better than the opening credits, with that brilliantly sixties groovy tune that Burt Bacharach wrote! From the moment that song played the first time I saw The Blob, I knew I was going to love the movie.

Yeah, ya know, I hadn't seen it in a while and had to watch it a few years ago in preparation for a project. And I was really surprised at how well-written the film really was, how much fun the characters were. It's really a great little movie and the special effects work very well.

Bewareeee of the blob it... does stuff...

I'm still using the new one, it looks cooler:p
