How is it alot like this forum? There are two members(one that is you), and ZERO posts and two threads, with ZERO threads in the horror sections.

You could at least put some effort into your site before trying to promote it.

Hey give the guy a break...it's harder then you think to promote a site...how do you think he's going to be able to get more posts up on the board without members...he has to promote to get that done. I know how he feels, I've had to move a friends entire forum to another host while he's injured in Iraq and most of our member base didn't come with the site so now I have to advertise like crazy to get new members into our forum about writing.

By the way, the icon below with take you to that forum :P

i just started it last night

i am saying it is alot like this one cause it is also a horror forum.....

and because you copied everything from this one. names of sections, the way sections are ordered ect.

Give him a break. Most forums have the same lay out anyway.

CGEG can I ask why you created a similar forum and what differences does your forum offer?

You'll need to add an Asian Horror section before I'd consider it. However, I think it is a good idea to start an alternative and applaud you for the effort. I would absolutely love a site similar to this one but with active moderators who would...moderate so that things stayed relevant.

I know what you mean Slayer666 I've noticed that things don't get moderator around here...no offence to the moderators, it's just on the other forums I've been too you always see the moderators alot...posting, lurking, making sure things are kept tidy.

And keeping people from making posts dedicated to promoting their own forums in the MODERN HORROR MOVIES section.

LOL we'll maybe if there was an affiliation page or Link Exchange section it would be kept there and not in the modern horror movies section...thats what the admins and mods job's are, to keep things up to date. Maybe I should go and make a suggestion in the suggestion board?

I think being able to make a forum at 13 is pretty cool. Copied or not it's a hard job and if that forum takes off he'll be pretty legendary.

That is true, but if he is this young, he might need to draw in some older people to be mods and other admins to help him as opening a forum is one hell of a big job.

Just relax. Its not nice to have someone pick holes in something you have created but if you are going to leave it out there you have to be prepared for that.

I don't come to to the horror movie section to try and find a new forum to visit but if I saw this in general I MIGHT not make a smart ass remark... right away.
