House of the Dead did seem a lot like a straight-to-video movie that I paid eight bucks to see. Even the director said it will play better on a small screen.
But what about....It's Alive?!?!?! Gotta love Larry Cohen; the man gives you pleny of bad movies in lots of different genres so you never ger bored. |
I gotta show my love for House of the Dead. Definitely a so bad, it's good film. Also any film with Reb Brown or Rudy Ray Moore. Love those guys.

one movie series that is so bad its good is the "Zombies Alive!" B-Movies. i like the part in the 4th one where the dead lady rips the guys eyeball out and rips the first layer of skin off of his face!

I don't really count Troma films since they seem to purposely shoot for that catagory.
Pieces is definitely my pick. I'm pretty sure it was meant to be taken seriously (although the scene with the kung-fu guy makes me wonder), but the leaps in logic are just ridiculous... like the killer stepping onto the elevator with a girl and her not noticing he's holding a full size chainsaw behind his back. \:-| It's baaad... and yet I love it, so... I finally saw House of the Dead last night. It was just bad. X-( |
