Jason Goes to Hell when the fat lady gets hit in the mouth and the short guy gets put in the deep fryer are good ones.

I was always a big fan of the boxing match between Jason and that kid in Jason Takes Manhattan, with nearly a minute of kid punching Jason, and jason not flinching, and ending with Jason punching the kid's head clean off, with no blood and a perfect slice.

1) New York Ripper - woman gets carved up with razor blade (good for its time)

2) Dust Devil - head explodes (the killer gets it)

3) The Burning - the bit on the raft

4) The House By The Cemetry - the throat cut

5) High Tension - the throat cut

6) Alien - the dinner

7) Superstition - the saw blade

8) Irreversible - the fire extinguisher

9) The Thing - The huskie

10) A Nightmare On Elm Street 3 - sleep walking

No real order to my list, but do try and get the uncut versions (especially The House By The Cemetry, its shredded the cut version).

Actually, I thought I was the only person on the planet who really appreciated that scene. For how cheesy it was, I thought it was really well put together. Unless of course, you're joking. In that case, I was too and I really didn't like that scene I was just saying I did to see if I could get you to admit to it;)

I think I prefer the scene where Pyramid Head pulls all the skin off of some weirdo. :D

Jason X - the liquid nirtogen face smash AND holographic sleeping bag slam

Ghost Ship - The steel cable cuts everyone in half (the only thing watchable in that piece of shit movie)

Suspiria - falling through the glass ceiling and being hanged in 3-reel technicolor

An American Werewolf in London - the businessman in the tube

The Hitcher (original) - Jennifer Jason Leigh ripped in half

Must also add the scenes in Zombie Flesh Eaters when he smashes the zombies head with the cross and in the lab where he blows the head of a zombie at the window.

Here are a few of mine.
1. Maniac - Shotgun blows the guys head off in the car.
2. High Tension - Both the throat cut and the concreate cutter in the car
3. The Exterminator - Meat mincer

it annoyed me how you watch the rest of ghost ship expecting it to live up to that opening scene and it never does....pah! and i loved the "he's screwed" line iin jason x....terribly corny but still love it.....then obviously the skinning by pyramid head.....and terri in fd1 and tod in the bathtub in fd1 awwww......and nail gun in fd3.....disturbed me in cinema that one as did frankie's head.....meh! the first deadth in tcm when you just see the dudes body twitchin and then leatherface slams the door shut....chillin' and sooooo many more

ive been trying to block out the ghost ship movie it was crap i didnt even like the opening you guys are talking about, it was the best part of the movie tho.
god i cant think now ummmm.... best death.....maybe in one of the freddy's when he uses the kids viens as puppet strings and jumps out of a window. freddy's stuff really scares me 0.0

One of the best deaths i saw was in final destination 2 when the young boy gets squased by the glass

i love the dark because of the sheep, the sheep made that movie lol. now i know why the book it was based on was called sheep :)

hmm intresting i dunno i watched slient hill last night again it could be a little yeah

it was just the way both movies pan out especially the end of both. both good movies tho i want the next slent hill movie to be like the 4th game

lol a little bit yeah.... i suppose thats cos of the whole sean bean thing. what the hell was the point of pyramid head though? at the very beginning of the film the camera angles and storylines are pretty much the same as the game but after that it all changes.... i dont remember anyone with there feet tied to there head called colin neither do i remember a guy with a hell of a big knife......... i like the film but at the same time im sort of dissapointed with it i would have liked for it to stay more based around the game instead of trailing off. + as my gf said it would have been good if they put the cat in the locker bit in the film :p o well anyway enough of my ranting an awnser to your question would be yes the dark does feel a lot like silent hill without the monsters :cool: :)

i hate the cat bit it scared the fuck outta me thats why it would be better if they left it in it was scary and they should have kept the main character the "dad" a guy instead of it being a women!

yay an agreement, i havent played the 1st one i cant find it anywhere number 4 scared the hell out of me and drove me crazy, it had me screaming "why wont you die" and at the time i was bashing in a floating corpsescary stuff... i thought the movie was a bit dissapointing it didnt feel... i dunno it was deffinately missing something it seemed grander than it was. pyramid head is out of number 2 thats why he was in it hes like silent hills answer to resident evils nemesis. colin was an original monster for the movie as were those burning kids at the beginning of the movie.... wow hey look i scare little kids now apparently lol.

another cool death is from one of the freddy films when he swallows the kid into the waterbed and his mum finds him hahaha so funny
