Is anyone here a fan of Trash cinema? like zero budget indie films? I havnt found many people here who enjoy ultra bad movies as much as i do. Am i all alone? Is there a Schnaas fan in this entire forum?

I watch crap as often as I watch the good stuff! because it's so much freakin' fun. you know.

I also enjoy a little "Trash" from time to time.

It's so much fun sitting down with a buddy or two and watching something that's sort of silly and ridiculous. I also feel that it sort of allows the viewer to relax. If you laugh at the imperfections in a movie someone made, and enjoy it, then you are also in a way accepting your own silliness and imperfection.

It's a great way to relax and lose that uptight sense of artsy pretentiousness that so often troubles movie buffs...

there are also a lot of Trash films that are absolutley brilliant for what they are. its what they try to be, absolutley rediculous.

anyone who enjoys shitty movies has not seen Zombie Doom....SEE IT NOW!

this is really one of the funniest movies ever. 3 dudes stumble upon a big cult in an island. The people on the island are creating evil experiments (zombies) and is controlled by a very bad man named "The Meister" played by the film's director Andreas Schnaas. the cult kills anyone who defys them. once the heros stumble upom zombies, some of funniest deaths ever shown on screen occur. Then, out of absolutley nowhere, the film turns into a ultra gory ninja movie, complete with flying gullotines and a whole bunch of other great stuff. The three dudes refer to the first nija they come across as "Rice Face". classic
one of the best parts about this movie ****Spoiler, but cmon, just read it anyways**** is that all the main characters are killed off in the middle of the film, and their place is taken by random ninjas. ***spoiler End****this film is just plain brilliant. loaded with gore, terrible dubbing, rediculous plot twists, and some of the funniest lines Ive ever heard

Totally agree with you there dude. Thats a big reason why I became such a big fan of horror and exploitation flicks. I was burnt out on "serious" cinema.

Mammoth and Kraken:Tentacles of the Deep were two SciFi Channel films that have aired. Gryphon is done and on the way to SciFi

My cabin-in-the-woods film Damned starts shooting in February and L.A. Gothic (with demon posessed rock stars, designer-drug zombies, biker-bitch witches and actors turned vampire) is in pre-production!

And we're about to go out wide with the new Giallo script called...Yellow!

i cant find either of those on amazon, anywhere i can purchase them?

They haven't dropped on DVD yet, and I have no timeframe for the release. Sorry.

There's a new dancing ape movie coming out called Cinnamon, the Shimmyin' Simian. Sounds like real trash! ;)
