It's actually tomorrow for the US. As far as what I'll be eating: everything I can get my hands on. Then lots of beer to wash it down with!:)

OH YEAH, and it is also my tradition to watch either KING KONG or some TWILIGHT ZONE episodes, because they used to play that stuff on TV for Thanksgiving when I was a kid and it worked very well, as I recall. If it ain't broke don't fix it yes?

I just made my apple, sausage and cornbread stuffing & a fresh cranberry relish.

My brine is cooked and I'll drop the turkey into it after dinner tonight. I just made a pie crust and will be baking a couple of sugar pumpkins after lunch for a fresh pumpkin pie.

Now I have to hit the liquor store - need Port for the gravy & Whiskey for the chef:D

I'm only cooking for 8 this year, so pretty mellow stuff.
