you like Big Floofy Tail Cats?

Well, one of the local cats is here, this is the grumpy suspicious one that slashes at me sometimes. He glowers a lot and sometimes seems upset or sad. But right now he's being okay. He's a really nice cat with good fur colors! Big Floofy! U guys like big floofy tail cats now, huh?

The Flayed One 11-08-2006 04:08 AM

Hitting the bottle a little early this morning, are we?

crabapple 11-08-2006 04:10 AM

Yeah...couldn't help it...

Haunted 11-08-2006 05:14 AM

I had a big a big floofy tail cat. She was actually a little cat with a floofy tail and sort of a lion's mane. I adopted her, but apparently she was really sick. Either they didn't know, or they didn't tell me. Her name was Lola. She was beautiful.

I had to have her put to sleep on my birthday. She was loving and sweet right up to the end. I loved that kitty to pieces.

:(

How MANY pieces? :p

Oh, I'm sorry...That was very insensitive

But, that didn't keep me from posting it, did it?

crabapple 11-08-2006 05:39 AM

Sorry t0 hear about your floofy tail cat...

My floofy tail cat didn't scratch me at all today. Usually he gets clawy and does something, but today he just sat down next to the computer and rested, and then I went downstairs and gave him some crunchies. He had a little scratch on his forehead so it looks like he got into a fight with one of the local animules. Well, with a little food in his stomach he'll be in better shape for fending off cat attacks.

the_real_linda 11-08-2006 05:40 AM

i have two cats....even!! willow tis a fat black n white cat....fluffy too!!!!!! xander not so much......skinny ass

ShankS 11-08-2006 05:45 AM

My cat has just gone outside, even though it's cold and damp. There's a pigeon on the conservatory roof it's been eyeing up from one of the upstairs back bedroom windows, sitting on the window ledge peering down at it. I think she's on a mission now to get that pigeon. What's even worse, I threw a load of breadcust ends on the lawn for the birds, and now the pigeon wants a midday bread feast, taking it's eyes off danger with it's head down munching, the cat will take advantage and get that pigeon.

crabapple 11-08-2006 05:53 AM

You are so mean to that pigeon.

But kitty gotta do what kitty gotta do. meow wow!

ShankS 11-08-2006 06:00 AM

I wasn't my intention. I made some sandwiches and saw the pigeon looking hungry just sitting there on it's own on the roof, so I went and chucked the bread on the lawn. When I walked back to the house I looked up and saw the cat upstairs, looking out the window at the pigeon. Then she looked at what I'd just done. You see, my cat's not stupid, she knows evey time someone chucks stuff out for the birds on the lawn, they'll flock in the trees and venture down onto the lawn at some point. That's why as soon as I got back into the kitchen, I turned round and there she was sitting at the back door looking up at me, and I let her outside into the leantoo, but I forgot the lock wasn't on the catflap and she darted outside, to sit waiting in her usual spot like a predator waiting for a feast to begin.

crabapple 11-08-2006 06:33 AM

Gasp of horror! oh that poor little chickadee.

Vodstok 11-08-2006 06:37 AM

Haunted 11-08-2006 07:45 AM

The suspense is killing me!! What happened next?:D

Did the pidgeon get offed? Did the cat get a mouthful of leaves? Did Shanks enjoy his sandwich?

ShankS 11-08-2006 07:55 AM

She sat underneath the table on the patio, must have been there for at least ten minutes, whilst I was watching from the kitchen window. I think that pigeon knew something was up, I went into the conservatory and could see it's shadow through the roof and blinds. It didn't budge, so I left the two of them having their standoff. It must have been about half an hour later, when I went back and looked out, none of the bread apeared to have been eaten, there's wernt even any other birds around, but the pigeon had gone. My cat wasn't under the table either. I looked through the backdoor window and she was sitting there looking up at me so I let her in. She didn't look any fatter, so I guess Pigeon flew off somewhere. She sat by the fridge waiting for some food and now she's back upstairs asleep on the bed, this time. It's too cold and damp outside now for thoughts of catching birds outside.

Haunted 11-08-2006 08:00 AM

Jesus Christ, Shanks you should have just made something up. It's not like we would have known. A little dramatic flair... HAW!!!!:D

Freak 11-08-2006 08:05 AM

My sister has a cat and it will set on the couch next to my bed and just chill. Then when I get in bed she thinks its play time and starts jumping all over the bed trying to get me to pet her.I'll bury my face in my arms and she'll try to dig her head in.Sometimes it's funny and sometimes it's just annoying as hell.

ShankS 11-08-2006 08:06 AM

I took that excerpt from my cats online blog, she notes all her daily routines down. :)

stubbornforgey 11-08-2006 10:14 AM

heyyyyyyyy
that black cat up there looks like mine..'duh of course stubbs'

my cat balances himself on the fence..
waits for the birds to fly out of the tree ..then makes a flying leap for them.

If em close....I thwack his sorry ass while he is still in mid air.
BUT..you should see the evil look he gives me..
i swear..if looks could kill..i would be cat food by now :o

LOVE cats, especially when the skin gets all crispy and its still just a little underdone in the center.

Vodstok 11-08-2006 10:42 AM

Ohh.. Do you prefer barbecue or Buffalo?

ShankS 11-08-2006 10:53 AM

The last time I was sitting in the waiting room at the vets to get the annual flea injections etc done, there was a chinese guy sitting across the room from me. The guy sort of nodded and smiled like to say hello, then the rest of the time he made glances at my cats, I'm sure it was helping him decide what he was going to cook for dinner that day.

bloodrayne 11-08-2006 10:54 AM

Oh, I forgot to ask...Is "floofy" like 'fluffy' and 'poofy' mixed together?...Just wondering

Haunted 11-08-2006 10:59 AM

Pizza is good with hotsauce. I don't generally jive on pizza, but with hotsauce, typically cayenne pepper based, I'll eat a piece or two.

Well, it's actually....um...you think "fluffy" but amplify it, sort of, imagine touching a cat's tail and it's all puffed out like a cottonball, and it springs back but it's really mostly air and you can hardly feel anything there. That's what floofy means...very fluffy I guess.
