what is the shittiest horror of the last 5 years?

HO shit BO shit KEN shit HOLLOW shit. you guessed it. thought it was shit:(

Geddy 11-03-2006 02:13 AM

The Fog remake sucked ass from a straw.

The Flayed One 11-03-2006 02:58 AM

Boo.

urgeok 11-03-2006 02:59 AM

the villiage

(it was packaged and campaigned as a horror)

The_Return 11-03-2006 03:01 AM

Even though this thread comes up about once a week, I cant stress enough how fucking awful this movie is:

Jigsaw!

Avoid! View at your own risk!

It takes what could have been a semi-passable slasher plot and drives it into the ground, employs the worst actors ever to step infront of a camera, adds in a bunch of scenes that make no sence whatsoever...

Blah, even thinking about this movie pisses me off:mad:

doctor satan 11-03-2006 03:28 AM

Allright i'm cheating & its not horror but this film is the worst i've ever seen in the last couple of years bad acting, direction, camerawork, screenplay & dialogue, fight choreography, its a piss poor ripoff of The Warriors with no redeeming qualities just a rancid steaming pile of shite.

The remake of The Fog, like someone already said.

Boogeyman.

I really did think Hostel was bad.

Angra 11-03-2006 04:20 AM

Island of the dead

scaryminda15 11-03-2006 04:24 AM

ok....

the movies i wanted to kill myself while watching were....

Boogeyman

The Village

The Grudge

and the winner for suckiest film ever (it isnt really horror more action) and it is and the award goes to the Kill Bill series, thank you for your attention.

gorbyak 11-03-2006 04:44 AM

The Village

The Grudge

The Mothman 11-03-2006 08:01 AM

i would have to say house of 1000 corpses. it really tried hard for that comic-book feel, but i think it ended up looking corny and nothing else, and failed miserably.

Burning in Hell 11-03-2006 08:06 AM

Snoop Dogg’s Hood Of Horror!!

I thought it would be "funny bad", but it was not!

Roderick Usher 11-03-2006 08:17 AM

High Tension

Couldn't disagree more...

The Grudge is being listed as on of the worst horror movies in the last 5 years? I didn't see it, but I read on the Forum that it's genious.

Well, my answer is: Alone in the Dark.

Vodstok 11-03-2006 08:48 AM

For the ones i have seen that have been listed, i must agree.

I cant believe no one has mentioned House of the Dead...A movie with video Game screenshots.... CMON!

I am a video game fanatic, and that is the worst garbage i have ever seen.

Opioons are split down the middle on the grduge. i personally thought it was boring and non-linear to a fault.

That's the one I would have went with. I'm a videogame fan too but also a big HotD fan, we drove 40 miles to get a copy for the Saturn when it was released in limited numbers. What a joke the movie was, pissed me off to no end.

PhilnEdee 11-03-2006 09:07 AM

Total horror is the Ring 2, Boo, and the Cavern...but worst movie ever made is the Crow 4.
There is not one single good thing in or about that movie...at all. If Brandon Lee(Erik Draven) could come back, he'd kill everyone associated with that piece of shit. Tito Ortiz public announes that he is ashamed he was apart of that film and he would like to "ground and pound" the people involved with the making..."seemed good while filming...was so unbelievably bad when viewed". I agree Tito

JP500 11-03-2006 12:08 PM

I'm going to go with the Grude 2.It might have been better if there wasn't a damn flashback every 5 and a half minutes.

I agree. I thought Hostel wasn't that good. The acting was excruciatingly bad...it was painful to watch. I was like...when are people going to die? It's horrible when you are rooting for the actors to be tortured to death.

Dark Water

Despare 11-03-2006 12:22 PM

I almost forget Undead. Utter dreck.

melaniepants 11-03-2006 12:23 PM

I would have to say the Grudge and The fog remake.

EarthSlayer 11-03-2006 05:13 PM

The Grudge, it was sooooo fucking boring! I have a crush on Buffy and I still thought that it sucked!!

Chase 11-03-2006 05:24 PM

Dr. Chopper
The Grudge
Saw 2

Yah overall I think it was the acting that did it for me, too.

That and its overhyped ego.
