Looking for recommendations
 

Wednesday I start my lil christmas vacation so to speak and I plan on being a lazy sumbitch during that time.

Im kinda tapped out on thinking of movies, but looking for suggestions for a Holiday weekend of horror.

Mostly interested in Psychological Horror type flix, but not opposed to masterful gore either.

Psychological...hmmmm. Seen The Attic Expeditions yet? That one will fuck with your head a bit. Also, I pimp this movie out every chance I get: Brain Dead. Not Peter Jackson's zombie flick. This one stars Bill Pullman and Bill Paxton. Great film.

Re-Animator is always a good watch. Just for the laughs alone

Im sure you've seen The Shining, what about Funny Games? A00S along with my German teacher tell me that it's pretty twisted.

No, but it's better for it. Fucked up film man. You like Strangeland right? Well it makes that look like a ride over to Grandma's house it's so realistic....and emotional.

Loved Strangeland.... cool, do you think it will be hard to find? Dont anything about it except for title. Ive got a couple of chain video stores around here Blockbuster, Video Warehouse, Rewind, and a few small shops with dust on the movies lol, *usually find the best stuff there*

My german teacher rented it from a private store so personally, Im not sure if it's in the big franchise stores, it is German so it could possibly by in the import sec?

I saw it on IFC one night and told my friends about it. They thought I made the shit up. I went to Blockbuster and found Funny Games in the foreign section. It gets a little slow at one point, but it does so for a reason. It just gets so frustrating. The filmmakers knew what they were doing. Good luck with the hunt.
