Starts off as an rookie doctor for some psych hospital. He finds down in the basement that they keep the worst patients. There is this room that he goes to and this thing talks to him in the dark and ends up that that the rookie doctor is the crazy one and the killer what movie is this? One of my favourites in the asylum sub-genre. I really liked it, but the cop out ending kinda pissed me off. The alternate ending on the DVD is slightly better, but it still has the same crappy twist.
