Horrible movie!
 

I just saw this awful Wes Craven movie tonight- Swamp Thing.

What the hell?!

Have you ever seen The Fly?...The Blob?...The Fog?...The Thing?...


Seriously...It just surprises me that everyone on the planet hasn't seen that movie...

I've loved the Swamp Thing for years....ever since I was a little kid....
And I like the movie too.:p

Swamp Thing was a good movie....if you didn't like it, I hate you.

Swamp Thing is a pretty decent comic book adaptation and god knows ol' Wes has certainly produced shabbier.

Well, maybe my taste in movies just isn't that great right now, or maybe I wasn't in the right mood.

Maybe swamp thing deserves a second chance....

Chances are, if you JUST watched it, and you didn't like it...You probably still won't like it if you watch it again...

Everyone likes different things for different reasons, and that's cool...The world would suck if we were all the same

Newb and I like Spawn (well, I LOVE it), and a lot of people here don't

Seems like EVERYONE is into The Rocky Horror Picture Show (even my guy, he says I 'just don't get it'), but other than the fact that Tim Curry is pretty sexy (probably his 'weirdness') in it, I just don't care for it...

That isn't always true..... first time I watched House of 1000 Corpses I really didn't like it

Weeks later or so I watched it again and I feel in love with it. From then on it is nearly my favorite horror movie


I would say try to watch it again in due time and watch it with a different eye if you know what I mean.

Exceptions to every rule...

I'll stick up for the thread starter, cause I didnt like it much either. A rare case of the sequel being much, much better.

The first one took itself way to seriously. It was absurd and poorly made, but that still decided to play it straight. Return of Swamp Thing embraced it's cheese factor and had fun with it, and added to the superior production values it turned out to be a much better movie. The first one is forgettable, but the sequel is alot of fun. Even if you didnt like the first one, I say check it out.
