I love the original! However I don't think audiences of today are going to like this film. I don't see how they are going to capture the uniqueness the first film had. It's so Bizarre, but comical at the same time.

And with a PG-13 rating no less.:(

it didnt have too much going on thet would be questionable save for a bit of britts boobs.

back in the day you could get a few seconds of bare breasts in a pg rated film ..

Your right,it's PG and they showed Britt's fine form head to toe...minus the lower front of coarse.It's kind of ironic that even though the remake will garner a PG-13 they would'nt be able to show what the original did 20 some odd years ago with a lesser rating.

The original(PG)version they cut the majority of the orgy stuff out...I've never seen the unrated version.

none of it was very graphic ...

there has been far more violence than a burning you dont get to see in other PG rated films ... even the orgy wasnt graphic.

I thought it was well done actually excepted I would have just burnt the village down while looking for the girl.

Hated it. It was unintetionally hilarious in parts, but really bad. Poor acting, idiotic plot that completly butchered the original, FULL of old worn-out clichés...just plain bad all around.

The original is classic, but this one should be wiped from existance.

I was never a big fan of the original and have no plans to see the remake. From what I recall of the original, part of what made it work was the time period. I seem to remember that the original makes no attempt to stick with the original time period, so I'm not sure it will work very well.

Actually it was a body double - and the director was furious, becasue she'd done nude before, but suddenly refused o do it again on set.
