Need Help With Name Of This Film
 

HELP ASAP.....

Can anyone tell me the name of the movie which involved:

I think 2 brothers/cousins who both wear dungarees and baseball caps and terrorise a campervan with teenagers going up into a hill/mountain. Might be in the early 80's not sure.
I thought the name was Twin Dawn..but it isnt.

Any help woud be much appreciated.
