I think the point is that vampires aren't really supposed to go out in the sun, and you're sunburned when you should be a pile of ashes. So how did you get a day off from being a vampire?

I think that was the point, though I could be wrong.

However, that doesn't interest me. I want to know how you could go swimming and laying out with girls and not even get into heavy petting or something.
