...Just the way i like em. texas chainsaw...last house on the left, driller killer, majority of zombie flicks, and many more but ya get the picture.

I HATE it when people remake these kinda films, cant they create a script themselves...? I guess for them its easier to buy the copyrights on films and remake em than create a storyline. just my personal opinion......how do u feel about 'classic horror' films being remade..?

ok. ya know, i only joined some 10 hrs a go so i guess i can be forgiven for not readin' all threads/posts.

As i wrote the above i knew it would probably be shadowing similar style threads but i guess i couldn't stop typing....:)

I love the old skool horror, it cant be changed no matter how many times they are remade. these big-wig companies (no names but you know who i mean) love to pump loadsa money into remakes, that for me spoils em straight away.

If they spent more time remaking them in an authenic way then i guess they would appeal to me more. having said that, ive got loadsa remakes and very few, in my opinion, are better. if anthing they are just brought in to the 21st century with a little bit ov flair. Two remakes that spring to mind that i like are J.C. The Thing And M.S. Cape Fear....these two are ok as remakes go....
