Hmmm yes, I really want to know what you guys' favorite action movies are.

Reservoir Dogs 8. Lost in Space 9. Paycheck 10. Minority Report Honorable Mentions 1. Cellular 2. The Island 3. Any that I forgot which will probably replace some of these when I remember them. What's you guys'? |

You really love robocop, haha. It was a good flick, but, not my favorite. I liked the crazy guy at the beginning, tormenting the man with the shotgun before blowing his hand off.

SpiderMan
X2 Sin City Die Hard No Escape Starship Troopers Rumble in the Bronx Way of the Gun Young Guns Tombstone Carlitos Way Scarface Matrix Star Wars Episode 5 Empire Strikes Back Star Wars Episode 6 Return of the Jedi Natural Born Killers Kill Bill Battle Royale T2 Reservoir Dogs Top 10 was too hard, plus some genres were marginal so I just listed my top 20. They're in no particular order. Some might not exactly be Action though. |
There are so many...
I would add a lot like Leon: The Professional, 7 Deadly Sins, The Killer, Hard Boiled, Dirt Harry, Showdown in Little Tokyo, Big Trouble in Little China, Blade, The Mummy, Indiana Jones (any of them really) and plenty more that people would argue with (quality and some genre heh). Great picks though, has me craving an action flick now although I think I'll go with something older... |
These aren't in any particular order...
The proffesional Versus Fight Club Kung Fu Hustle American Ninja Romeo Must Die Raiders of the Lost Ark The Returner Unleashed Total Recall |
some of mine:
The Terminator Die Hard Kill Bill (insert various Clint Eastwood movies here) Hostage Scarface Fight Club El Mariachi/Desperado/Once apon a time in Mexico Sin City Matrix |
-Sin City
-The Matrix Reloaded -The Matrix -The Matrix Revolutions -Spider-man 2 -Spider-man -Batman Begins -Minority Report -Blade Runner -S.W.A.T. Those're ten that I can think of right now. |

The 1989 Batman was hardly an action movie IMO... It was more crime drama... Very little fighting.

2. Four Brothers 3. Cobra 4. Hostage 5. Sin City 6. A History of Violence 7. Versus (i guess it counts) 8. Ichi The Killer ( i would consider this more of an action than a horror) 9. 16 Blocks 10. Die hard |

Well #1 action film SHOULD be Commando, purely for the last 25 minutes of the film.
|
Oh please. It was good but not THAT great IMO. But I can see why some people would think so.

The rest of the movie is soooo boring. Last 20 minutes, I think Arnold kills about 80 people though. It's great! I could do a top 10 list of just Arnold action movies. I forgot Predator and that actually probably would be on my overall top 10. Plus True Lies, Total Recall, all the Terminators, Conan, Running Man... Ahnold rules! |
Reservoir Dogs
The Warriors Con Air Die Hard Ballistic: Ecks Vs. Sever The Patriot Braveheart Escape From New York Dirty Harry/Magnum Force Enter the Dragon Force Five Gladiator Lone Wolf McQuade Raiders of the Lost Ark First Blood Road Warrior Tango & Cash |
