So, who do you think is the biggest non-fictional monster?

For me, it's a toss up between Hitler, Bin Laden, Vlad Tepes, Sadam, and people who kill their own children...I can think of TONS more,but, I want YOUR opinions...

Hmmmmm..... Gengis Khan! He conquered half of the known world back in his day... God knows how many people he killed...

I would have to say Hitler...but who knows when Sadam and Osma "Butt Muncher"s reign of terror and death will end..Hitler had a large body count but Sadam and Osma are still in the loop and possible of even worse terror and death....Who knows how long the reign of terror will last with them...

I always thought that it was kind of funny that Hitler brought Germany out of an economic recession where people were starving in the streets, was a great leader and then for some reason,personal issues w/ his mother I imagine, decided to kill 50 million people. i think something was wrong in his brain. Stalin wasnt much better, when the Russian troops retreated from the Germans the Russian officers fired on and killed their own people. Personally I lay the blame on several of the Kings of England especially King Richard. Here is a country that is going around the world and taking over everything, Ireland, Scotland, South Africa, India, New Zealand, Austrailia, and they tried here but got there asses kicked, well that was King George but do some research and see how many Aboriginis the English slaughtered when they settled in Austrailia it sickeneing.

I AGREE THE GUY USED TO KILL PRISONERS AND FEED THEIR REMAINS TO THE OTHER PRISONERS. HE ALSO USED THE SKIN OF HIS VICTIMS AS LAMPSHADES I COULD MENTION A LIST OF OTHER THINGS HE USED TO DO BUT I THINK THAT'S ENOUGH TO PROVE MY POINT.

I can't pick just one. There are really too many, which is scary in its own right.

Not to start a huge argument about religion but Christianity has killed more people in the name of religion than all historical figures combined. Christianity has a history of intolerance, the crusades, the inquisition, the Salem witch trials where they burned my fellow witches to name a few. Is it any wonder why the people in Islamic religious countries hate us?? Dont get me wrong I have nothing against Christianity, it is not my religion of choice, but I feel those that call themselves Christians are some of the most ignorant, intolerant, mean spirited people I know. Perhaps they feel that God will forgive them so they can do no wrong.

to me besides the already mentioned, its people like gacey or manson.

WELL WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ONE OF THE MONSTERS ANYMORE.

Lets not forget about Jeffrey Dahmer.

I totally agree w/you Creeper. HE is by far the worst. Especially after reading Devil's Apocrypha. It kind of left you wondering and thinking that if it were true, it would make a hell of a lot more sense than the Bible ever left you with.

The Devil's Apocrypha, if you're interested, shows God as more of the bad guy than Satan. It's weird to describe. The only thing I could come up with is that they say the greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist, but what if in fact, the greatest trick he ever pulled was convincing the world he was God?

Personally I could care less what people believe, my religion teaches that everyone has there own beliefs. There are extremists in every sect no matter what, they are the ones doing the harm in this world. I just think that Christianity and things like the Crusades have put us in the situation that we are in now. I am in no way saying that Muslim or Islam is bad but the extremists in those religions are probably a little sick and tired of the abuse perpetrated on them by the Christian church. I have been Wiccan for nearly 20 years now not always practicing but always been. Once a witch always a witch. I have never ever tried to force my views on anyone and never will.

You are right, there are extremists in every religion. Corruptness is number one in my area. Only it isn't Christians here. No offense to any, but Mormons are so everywhere here it's insane. Messed up. All there is to it. I might get slammed for that, but it's true.

DAmn rikki that really sucks Your in Alaska with nothing to do and your mom and her friends are evil Korean Presbaterians(sp?)...LOL If it helps my mother is an evil Roman Catholic..Her friends are evil too..heheheh nothing like a religion where you can get forgiven right here on earth(before I get slammed Im Roman Catholic too...this is just my opinion).
Extreamists are all over regardless of color, creed or religion all they need is a reason or belief (of anything). :)
