I wanted to get some feeback
 

Please tell me what you think good & bad, I would like to know if I should start on a script or just leave the idea alone. That being said , I had a idea for a movie that came to me in a dream, and wanted some feedback. So the main character would be this little girl, comes from a wealthy family. ( Mom & Dad respected by all in the neighborhood.) At first she starts to hear voices, after a couple of days it moves onto seeing dead people, this goes on through out the whole movie, revealing certain things until the end, where she finds out that they are victims of her father (his secret life is Serial Killer)

She sees dead people?

So you wanna know if you should write a script about the idea or leave it alone? Write a script, what the hell could it hurt...

I always thought that dreams are the best way to come up w/ Ideas.... dreams are always really messed up and really confusing unless you find ways to put them together...Ive always payed attention to what i dream. Because dreams are the best way to find what you and alot of others think is really scary...if you understand what im trying to say....

The dreams I have that I can even remember usually revolve around some nonsensical situation that could never be transmitted to page anyway... plus there's always so many boobs in em' I'd never get any rating lower than an NC-17.

I never have boobs in my dreams....damn

pinapple juice ? LOL, yes my ideas always comes in my dreams I can remember a bunch of them.

What am I supposed to be reading here ? I always give an honest opinion.

I smoke too much greenery to ever remember my dreams. Any time I quit smokin', I start remembering them all very vividly and they are all so fucked up that it drives me back to smokin'.

Simple reason I didn't like it: I had to go back to read the post since I thought there was an attached screenplay :D
Nah, it's a very good premise to me. It all depends on how you eventually flesh it out that matters most. I'd say go with it, good luck, and be more careful of where you post your ideas since they become fair game at that point for anyone to steal.

Hmm...sounds like it could be OK. Not a big fan of pyschic kids myself, I find they're overused, but if it's done well, that could make for a pretty cool script! The ending is great!

Sure, why not. If you feel the urge to write, then write. They've got software that helps you write in the screenplay format these days, Finaldraft or something like that.

Oh, and Kemal, I know I've said this before, but you really don't come around enough.

I think the reason that it is over used is because the youngsters have the ability (esp. a girl) to connect with spirits (if you believe in them). That is why many people have problems, with ghost is because of their young childern. I read that in one of my ghost books that I own. Thanks to everyone that has replied, I figured I would get a bunch of negative feedback.
