Help with the name of an old horror movie
 

I would like to know if someone remembers the name of this movie (I think it is from the 70's or 80') in which a guy from a college finds this book (I think is the satanic bible) then he starts readind and doing rituals from this book in a basement, I remember there are a lot of pigs in a scene and because the guy is already possed or something he meakes the pigs kill and eat some one. at the end of the movie he makes a ritual and he starts floting in the air and go to the chapel already possed by satan and starts killing everybody there.
It is a good movie but I cant remember the name of it and I want to see if it is on DVD already.
Can someone help?

I have another one for you if you don't mind.

Its a Zombie movie and I think is is also from the 70's or 80's. it starts with group of people that goes to an atomic plant or a place where there is an atomic reactor, then a Rat bites some one at the plant and goes inside his protective sute and bites him more, then this man becomes the first zombie and then they start to propagate.
I cant find that movie either, do you think you could help?
