I was thinking....

My friend belongs to the forums over at SomethingAwful.com (a site, I highly recommend for funny stuff...nothing is sacred). They call themselves "the Goons" sorta unofficially.

If we at Horror had a name for our posters, what would it be? You have to pay to be a "Goon" and our site's free. So, how would we decide who was bestowed the Horror name?

It might be kinda fun to think about.





Now, let's see how long it takes for this thread to disapear. My threads have a very low shelf life, where as ResUrecdksld;kfbllah blahblah, has a million pages.:p :D

About bestowing membership...I came here because I wanted to find people who love horror as much as I do. I checked out the postings and saw what I liked. I checked out the New Member page to test the waters and it seems that this is the way to being accepted. On your side, though, you probably want to see if the person joining isn't going to shit up your forums. So I suppose there should be an "initiation period" and then you might then take a "vote" for membership and then issue an official invitation to join.
