Freddy Vs. Jason was more like a comedy. Wishmaster (WTF), Friday the 13th (which one), and I don't see how I know What You Did Last Summer, and Scream can even be considered horror. So I wll take that famous line that so many people used on me and say............"To each his own"

My first thought upon seeing that post was the same as yours. I don't think this person has seen a whole lot of horror. I'd also venture to guess they are relatively young (Probably under 16.)

You rip him for having Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer on his list and then you go ahead, and put House of the Dead and the Dawn and Texas Chainsaw remakes on yours but not the originals? :confused: WTF?

In my opinion, you don't have any leeway to be giving anyone shit about anything if House of the Dead is in your top 5! None. If you are gonna knock someone else's list for sucking, you should make sure yours doesn't suck too.

At least Night of the Living Dead is respectable. Pet Sematary is good, but I dont know about it being top 5 material...

Um yeah, that would be right. Hence the reason I put I know, I know, out beside my House Of The Dead. I've already got alot of shit about it, but I still like it...........Like I told the boy..............."To each his own", now, you try and go by that to sweety. Because in my Opinion, Halloween majorly sucked. Thats just me runnin off at the mouth again, and I do know my horror, I just don't like all that you so called "Veterans" of horror like. ;) :p

Everyone has their own opinion never feel like you should apologize or explain why you like such films as "House of the Dead". You like what you like. "True" horror fans will understand. Not everyone likes the films I like (but then again everyone else, to me, is idiots :-D) but I dont feel the need to explain why I like them. However, when someone comes on the board posting shit like "wuz upz my faz is Freddy vs. Jason and shitz like that" we have this great urge to bash them.

Yes, I beleive I did say that House Of The Dead was better than Halloween to me. Don't be confused sweety. I did say that. And it is. There was nothing scarey at all to me about some crazy guy walking around in a mechanics outfit. I liked House Of The Dead a whole lot better most definetly. Mainly because I like the game also.
Now, as for the whole "I know my horror" thing, yes I do know my horror, I know what I do like and I know what I don't like. I'm not gonna have somebody tell me what to like just because they think one movie is better than the other. That is what OPINIONS are called sweety.
And lastly, I really don't care if you think my opinion is borderline retarded or what. I like what I like and there is nobody who will change my mind about that. I am my own person. Yes. Scream is on my top five. And let me tell you something about Scream. Have you ever sat down and watched it? Or do you just assume it's some mainstream bullshit and don't even give it a chance? It's original, it's gory and has a very, very, very good ending. As far as it being horror, in the first 10 minutes you see a kid tied to a chair with his guts hanging out and his girlfriend hanging inside out from a tree. I'd consider that horror. And you come on here and rip on someone for liking that and you like House of the Dead? Psh.
