friday the 13 X1
 

Now i am a huge i mean huge fan of jason and the friday the 13 movies. they inspire me to make moveis. now is there a possiblility of another friday the 13? does anyone know. i know there is comin with a freddy vs. jason 2 but im talkin about just jason. dont get me wrong i loved freddy vs. jason well atleast the end fight. but i want to see a friday the 13th movie again. and if not ill make another one when i get out of collage well first out of highschool but then out of collage lol

There was something special about the F13's for me also. Didn't like Jason X or Freddy Vs. Jason. They were well-made movies, but hated the stories and they keep getting the "look" of Jason wrong. I can't get past it. If they ever make a new F13 or Jason movie, please put Kane Hodder back in there and get the Jason look that was in Parts 7 & 8.

Those words don't belong together.

although i enjoyed JX and FvJ for what they were, i feel there was a definite vibe going on in the 80's that can never be recaptured. no matter how many more F13 flics may come out, they'll never be able to recreate that feel. thank god they made one every couple months back in those days.

i agree with both of you they can never recapture wut it was bad in the old days but still i would love to see another one comeout maybe 1 or 2 more maybe 3 depending on the story and the last one make it so hes bak at camp crystal. what about a remake of the first one? thats kinda out there but it just came out of my mouth.

Jason X was a surprisingly entertaining F13th movie - more than the previous 5 or 6 instalments at least (The Final Chapter had some smashing gore).

It might have plagiarised many a sci-fi classic (especially the Aliens series), but its tongue-in-cheek approach never descended into cute knowingness and Jason's ultracool transformation into metallic monster near the end was very impressive.

i dont mind camp - but i could find nothing to like in this one ..
didnt find it funny or amusing in any way ... just a cheap piece of teenage junk ..

I saw it in the theatre, and when it was over the entire theatre erupted in boos and hisses.

A large African American guy in the back just yelled out halfway through the flick, "Yo, Jason's a pussy!"

I am also a huge fan of jason and the friday the 13th movies...i've seen them all...i was on either www.upcominghorrormovies.com or another website and they had something written about there being a Friday the 13th Part 12...coming sometime in 2006! They didnt have a plot for it quite yet but they said that it was under consideration...its not for sure yet...but there might be...i dont know if this would be the best of ideas...they could make it horribly...but also they could just make it all hollywood and put in too many graphics...i liked the old ones...and there will definatly
be a freddy vs. jason 2!
