Sisters Of Mercy
Besides Bauhaus I's say that they are the best goth band ever. Their first two albums were perfect. What are some of your opinions on them?
|
hey now hey now now,
sing this corrosion to me .. i used to love them ... ministry too .. and the mission .. sort of rounded up the pack .. |
Wouldn't have picked you were into Ministry
Haven't heard much Sisters Of Mercy. |
I love Bauhaus and Ministry.. I just bought Ministry's 'Early Trax' and 'Side Trax' CDs.. if you like Ministry, you should definitely pick them up.

i recently unpacked a box full of my old mixed tapes that i made in the late 80's and i've been playing them in the car .. its like old music rediscovery week .. |
I've had to replace alot of my old cassettes with cds, either because the tapes just haven't been playing well, or I lost them.
I still kept the tapes I've replaced with cds |

Like so many groups that i have listened to when i was younger, this kind of falls into the "hmmmm.....i liked that?" catagory. The same can be said for these bands that were favs of mine Black Oak Arkansas Oingo Boingo Underworld i'm sure there are a few more but i can't think of them off the top of my head. |

i would do each track seperately - thats what made it so time consuming ... |

Ministry is also great as some of you have mentioned. They too also are very metal... starting with The Land of Rape and Honey. Siouxsie is another favorite of mine. I don't really know a lot of Oingo Boingo but Danny Elfman is a great composer. Most of the bands aforementioned by you guys are great and I'm very glad to see that the people here have good taste. :D |

most = all of my choices, and one or 2 of Newbs :p |

One of my favorite bands, and I agree that the first two albums are the best. Some Girls Wander By Mistake is good, but it's just a collection of their early EPs and singles.
