This has nothing to do with anything...but I really hate it when I make a phone call to a company to ask a simple question...and then they try and sell me everything under the sun. JUST ANSWER MY QUESTION! :D

The moment you get a word in edgewise, ask if you can ask them a question. when they say yes, say:

"Does this sound like a phone hanging up?"

And hang up. :)
