Finaly got around to watching this one. Although I'm not a HUGE fan of the sudden wave of Asian Horror, I must say th at I was more than Pleased with this one.

Yeah, I've wanted to see this one for a while...what's it about specifically?

great freaky film.

This contest for amature film makers is being held and this reporter is sent a video which is essentualy a snuff film but in the beginning of it, it shows how to get where it was made. well dumb people decide to go investigate it and well i would hate to give it awat. Great one:D

I thought it was an asian slasher...but it wasnt...more like a splatter.....and I'm no big splatter fan....

Gore/Shock/Splatter/Exploitation are my main intrests

what about food and girls :p

whats with the commentary? im not sure if my copy has the commentary on it...

the filmmakers are a pair of complete idiots ..
thet have no idea what they are doing - i dont know if language is the key problem but they just sounded like a pair or delayed children...

now i have to go see if my copy has a commentary on it

my brothers picking it up for me on dvd when he goes to japan

ya me too. but mostly just gore. O, and I like good atmospheric ones too.

Saw this movie yesterday. this was pretty stupid. wtf was with the baby thingy? someone explain this shit to me.

I was disappointed.

I expected it to be yet another asian ghost movie, but instead i got a slasher. Yikes!!

i thought it was fun in a goofy way ...

it had a real italian feel to it ..especially the nutty ending ..

there's just no pleasing some people

The commentary for this film is - hands down - the worst i've ever heard.

I remember you saying that a while ago, forgot about watching the commentary. I'll have to dig out the DVD soon.

how about GiaWalo def: an italian/japanese slasher/ghost film where white people are slaughtered in inventive and sadistic ways??

The commentary is legendarily mental and must be heard.

The ending of the film is of course contrived and nonsensical, but is generally excused for being Japanese.

The disturbing "snuff" footage at the beginning still looks very impressive nearly 20 years on.
