What's the weirdest place you ever found something that you'd lost?



One time, when I lived in Alabama...My mother couldn't find the newspaper...We looked everywhere...Later that night, we found it in the freezer...Apparently, when she had come home, she was in such a hurry that she had put the newspaper in the freezer, which then explained why the ice-cream was on the coffee table...

That's not so weird....actually I found the television remote in the freezer one time. Of course, I don't remember putting it there and I was the only one home. I think the cat did it. Yeah, must have been the cat.:D

Do you have a cat? I'm telling you, they are tricky little devils.....can't turn your back on 'em for a minute.

I found my wallet in a public toilet once but that's because my buddy tossed it in there.

Now How In The Hell Did That Get THERE?

I just spotted this dead thing tucked into the front of a car outside my flat. Anyone got any ideas what it might be?

I usualy find odd mundane things about, the other day made some sandwiches, I finished of the loaf and what I usualy do is put the bag with the end crusts, out in the utility room so I can chuck them out for the birds in the garden, on my way out, and the fresh loaf back in the fridge....

went out there later on, I'd put crust bag back in the fridge and left the loaf out.. boring I know, but thats the sort of thing that happens at home.

One time I found my CAT in the dryer.

i've dont the cereal in the fridge/milk in the cupboard before - but i catch myself right away - so no .. never found anything in an bizzare place.

i usually just never find the item again - ever..

i cant find my freakin sanity.

done that one a few times.....


how about pouring milk in a glass and orange juice all over my cornflakes, and not just once either.

Well, one time this horrible little wild mouse got into the house and would pop up here and there, bouncing like a rubber ball, scaring the crap out of everyone. Those little suckers can really leap! Traps were put out; and then suddenly the thing vanished. We wondered where the heck it went. A few days later we discovered he had hitched a ride in the laundry basket, and yeah, he got totally washed and dried, he looked like a little baby stuffed animal and I felt sorry for the little guy when all was said and done.

i caught a mouse in our old house - kept him in a cage - little bugger lived almost 5 years ..

one time i put my sword down on my bed......and sombody put it on top of the roof.......:eek:

That's funny because I almost told my cat in the dryer story last night....when I was a kid one of our cats snuck into the dryer while my mom was throwing towels in. She closed the door and turned the dryer on. Well, a few minutes later we hear this weird *ka-plunk* sound.....and I ask "do you have shoes in the dryer?" she says no, looks confused, then horrified, bolts into the laundry room and lets the poor cat out of the dryer....

That cat was never the same again....she was always a little goofy.....but after that she was just insane.

Oh, that must have freaked her out something awful.

My mom or the cat? :D I don't think my mom ever recovered either. LOL

I'll tell you one thing, that cat never went near the dryer again.

Insane how? Like, does she take swipes at you? Or is she just stereotypically crazy?

No, she never got mean exactly. The vet said she was fine, but the cat walked into walls after that up until the day she died...LOL....she lived to the ripe old age of 15 though. :D

I couldn't find the milk until I looked in the oven!! LOL I don't know what the fuck I was thinking. Thank god I found it before I turned on the oven. :eek:

haha...that reminds me of when I was at my aunt & uncle's house, and my uncle had bought ice cream(sherbet) and he had put it on the top of the fridge instead of INSIDE the freezer...so they had a really bad mess. :p

I spent a while this mornoing trying to find my flannel shirt to wear at work, because our office used to be a server lab, and the air contioning is powerful as hell ( i have caught the flu in the summer before....) So i ended up grabbing a new one. The one i was looking for was in the car.


The other day we couldnt find the dog. it turns out her collar broke and she was off sniffing the yard 5 houses down from ours. Scared the shit out of us. We like that little shit too much.

She comes when you call her namer though. When we found her, Bree jumped out of the car (which was still moving....) and started calling for her, and she ran right up like "Hi Mom!"

I just found $20 in the chair in my bed room, woo hoo!

Ive thrown out my dishes and put the garbage in the sink a few times...

One time I found my penis in Vod's mouth:D
