There's so many rant, anger & frustration threads being made, these past couple of weeks. Is the onset of warmer weather getting to people? don't remeber it being like this last year.

What warmer weather? around here, it has rained for a week straight, and i have had to wear 2 shirts around the house because it is so fucking cold.

It has been getting down around 50 (farenheit) around here, if you can believe that...

And it's almost june....

Where is Dennis Quaid when we need him?

lol maybe thats why, people want the warm weather and it's not here yet, I've got the window open an it's around 20c/68f.

Dennis Quaid is shovelling snow still... probably till mid august, then in september it's back to icebergs again :D

I'm been trying to get my backyard cleaned and the pool opened but this fucking weather sucks the big fat one.

Nope, it's already getting hot in the South. Today is in the upper seventies and the humidity is in the thousands. No thunderstorms predicted this week for my area either.:( I want to move up north so I can stay cool. My western European blood can't take this.

Every house we looked at in the atlanta area (on century 21's site) had central air and a fireplace.

Plus, people are nicer down in the south than they are in new Hampshire. More polite too.

Come to NC. It's the South without being the South. There are really Southern people here, but they're slowly finding themselves shrinking to even to minority. (They aren't happy about it either)

I want south south. Im pretty sick of new england and most of the people up here (Newb and AngelaKillSliuts aside) are assholes. The ones that arent dicks are usually just plain stupid.

funny, alabama thinks the same about nc and sc! haha, mississippi is the worst of all the southern states though if you ask me. Is the west coast any better?

Anyhow, yesterday the themometer in the yard got up to 100 degrees. Im betting it was really only like 95 but still nice and hot. My pool doesn't get cool unless the sun has been down for at least 3 hours. I bet there are going to be some crazy huricanes this year if the gulf is anything like my pool. Maybe I'll get to see oz!

It's a steady 70+ here in Iowa.

Sorry, I'm one of the anger thread starters. I have no reason for starting it, I just wrote it up cuz I haven't started a thread in a long time.

I like the weather where I am. In the summer, we get mostly fog, alot of people complain about that, but I like it. Sure, we get some nice days, but the fog basicly rules. I like it....better atmosphere for horror:)

Yeah... us Iowa folk really are the greatest ever.

I hate storms on a hot day, specifically RIGHT after it stops raining.

The WORST kind of hot ever, just so humid and sticky.

I've always been a fan of the cold. I've said it before, I'd rather die in the cold than die in the heat.

the thing is - you wont die in the heat (unless you fall into a volcano) - but dying in the cold is a very real possibility ... or suicide from the winter blues ...

but if you meant IF you had a choice .. yes i imagine freezing to death is less painful than being burnt alive.

When I picture dying in the heat I always imagine myself walking through the desert and just slowly dying of heat stroke. That would be the worst way to die to me.... other than being trampled to death. That would suck too.

I'm gonna stop now.

Temp here is in the 70s during the day and 50s at nite, come summer you can swim thru the air form the humidity.

I hate the midwest, I live in an area that is mostly like Iowa, but Shitcago thinks they run the state.

we finally hit 21 (celcius) today ..
which means tonights beach volleyball may not be the nightmare it was the last 2 weeks.

been quite hot here today, around the 80's. not looking forward to it getting hotter, sleeping during the day is uncomfortable.

It's finally a decent, normal springtime temp today. Which means if it dries up, we get to put up the stockade fence this weekend. Which means we get to go into our back yard and on our deck without having to see or be watched by bitchy neighbors.

All but BA. Turns out i used some jibber-jabber, and he aint got no time for that.

beach volleyball was great last night .. the girls on our team were wearing shorts and sport halters and i even saw a couple of bikinis ...

Wouldn't it have been better without the sport's halters?.....hmmmmm.......really...wouldn't it.

not for volleyball .. i'd keep getting hit on the face by the other team.
