I need help with my PM - it says my folder is full but I have nothing in my inbox. How do I get rid of deleted messages? I've gone through everything and can't see how to do it.

OK, BR, I did that and it showed one item sent, which I know I've sent more PMs than that. I'm still confused because at the bottom of the Forum page, where it has the PM block, it says I have 70 messages in all folders.
