I have just weiged myself, and I've lost 10 pounds since the last time I did. It was no more than a month ago! And I haven't been doing a damn thing to loose any weight either

Nuh uh..I was sleeping fine up until this past week when Brandi was staying here. I was always getting 6 to 8 hours, (in a row) a day.

Haha, I just slept like 11 hours....No I'm realllllllllly sore:p

Not trying to scare you but sometimes when you have unexpected weight loss its because you have cancer, but I'm sure your fine.

We lose water weight all the time, 10 pounds is not much. Pants weigh 2 pounds alone.

I always weigh myself naked, before I've eaten, and at about the same time every month when I know there are no real water issues going on. I've been noticing a small difference lately.....Just thought it was weird.
