Would you rather be extremely intelligent, and look how you do now, or extremely good looking, and be as smart as you are now?

i'm extremely intelligent and look like a dogs breakfast.
I've been extremely fortunate with girls so i'd rather
be the way i am right now - knowing that people have
liked me for other than superfical ones.

being very good looking seems to deny the need to character build for a lot of people.
plus they often dont get taken seriously.

i wouldnt change anything about myself - except to get back some of my youthful energy ..

I'd rather stay like I am now.........This girl need's no adjustment to feel better about me:D.......


And whatdya mean? We're all some damn good looking smart people already.

Think of the advantages in society. I'll add on that it's beauty that doesn't fade with age.

I'd definately go for extreme beauty. Extreme intelligence is tempting but the no-hassle extreme good looks would be too awesome. Besides, the more you know the more depressing life is. Ignorance is bliss.

p.s is it cynical to not believe anyone that says they would not like to look better and are perfectly happy?

brains and beauty is an awsome combo ... but given the choice...
brains last longer and get you further... look at anna nicole smith .. once arguable the most beautiful woman in the world ...

Well since I look pretty damn good now...oh who am I kidding:( :p .
I think I'd go with smart because I don't care what I look like, and if I were smart enough to create something the world couldn't live without and then also smart enough to market it properly I'd be so rich the ladies wouldn't care how I looked anyway;) .
also, being pretty won't get you too far unless you're both really lucky and have some smarts. since you have to get a job modeling or something else based on your looks, and then save and invest your money properly, so that when your looks go(and they will go) you have something to fall back on. and since you wouldn't be smart(as that is the coice) it would probably not work out.
that is my say anway :D

EDIT: looks that don't fade? well you at least have income in a freakshow forever then, but I think I'll stay with smarts

I mean, nobody think they are specially dumb, even though quite a few probably are.... But many people are not satisfied with their look....

i've seena lot of beautiful miserable women of all ages because they were too stupid to make the right choices.

I believe you're happy, but not perfectly happy. I just can't imagine in my head a point where someone wouldn't be happier, it doesn't exist.

I have to say that I'm pretty happy with both the way I look and my level of intelligence.

I'll alos say that your intelligence level is something that can be improved upon. Ugly usually stays ugly, though in these days of plastic surgery and extreme make-overs, even the "attractiveness challenged" have hope.

Then again, I'm one of those "everyone is beautiful" people, so what do I know?

No....as strange as it seems, I wouldn't change anything about my looks or intelligence....I may not actually be perfect, but I'm perfect to me. So as far as being happy in those 2 things , yes, I am perfectly happy.

I wouldn't say I'm smart but I do think I have common sense and good enough logic.

We all lack something but thats fine. It just makes us the person we are. and I'm pretty happy with my flaws, when I was in Highschool I hated it. Nothings worse than getting picked on.

Its so sad when people wish they were someone else. I blame MTV and Hollywood for our down fall

It's better to be wrong in the majority than right in the minority. There should be no question in anyone's mind that society treats beautful people better so how can you even say you wouldn't want to be treated better?
