Halloween 9

Halloween 9 should suck, only because Michael has nothing to do now. Nothing is driving him. His whole family is dead, and since H20 and Resurrection make it so 4-6 never happened. If Laurie, comes back again that would be worse.

Any other thoughts about H9?

Luis Serra 01-16-2005 06:17 PM

i think it'll be good... well it better be

Elvis_Christ 01-16-2005 08:19 PM

Fuck.... I liked H20 and Ressurection so I'll probably get into this one. I predict the scarest part of it will be the laughable plot and whatever washed up hip-hop star they'll have in it. Man LL Cool J and Busta Rhymes ruined the last two Halloween movies... that shit just wasn't funny and made a bad movie worse.

Nemesis412 01-17-2005 10:38 AM

Well I don't care I love Myers. I don't care if its Michael goes to Wisconsin I'm still goin.

But yeah it might .......i mean yeah it WILL suck ass but i cant wait :)

I'll love it either way.

Yeah, don't make it. "Halloween H20" was a fine way to end the series on a high note. Too bad they made "Ressurection", which for a sequel no one wanted, wasn't bad, except that it played by "the rules"(as outline in "Scream") way too much. Micheal Myers junkie that I am, I'll probably go see "Halloween 9" anyways, but I still think the series should have ended with H20.

Gotta wonder about H20's rediculous title. "Halloween: Water Molocule"? What the fuck were they thinking?

The_Shape666 01-17-2005 12:09 PM

Halloween 9 Is taking us back to the old stages of Michael stalking babysitters in haddonfield, but it's not in Haddonfield the plot is in Smiths Grove, but Im pretty sure he goes to HMH hospital. Im going to go see this because it's part of the Halloween series but that doesnt mean I have to like it, if your a true Halloween fan youll go see it.

Nemesis412 01-17-2005 12:16 PM

Yes I agree. I liked Ressurection just cuz of Myers but it DID suck.

Hopefully based on what the shape is saying this movie will be sweet.

I also must say that it is good to hear from the other halloween fans.

We obviosuly have the best taste in horror :p

Nemesis412 01-17-2005 12:20 PM

Oh yeah and When does it come out? I havent been to the halloweenmovies site for a while. Im about to go there

Michaels Shape 01-17-2005 12:51 PM

Here you go man this is the news, it is set to come out around August.

The ninth HALLOWEEN film, currently in development. "The new movie is called HALLOWEEN: ASYLUM," the scooper tells Fango, "and it’s being written by Matt Venne—whose spec horror script SECOND SIGHT is being produced by Clive Barker’s Seraphim Films—for SUICIDE CLUB’s Sion Sono to make his North American directorial debut. HALLOWEEN: ASYLUM is being set in Smith’s Grove, which became a maximum security penitentiary/asylum after the breakout of ’78. It’s filled with deranged killers and Michael is awaiting execution, harking back to the horror-hospital setting of HALLOWEEN II. This is not going to be some neutered VS. movie, not filled with campy one-liners, etc. Rather, it takes the iconic Michael Myers back to his roots in a very cool setting. It’s really serious/scary/suspenseful in tone, like all the best HALLOWEEN films have been." No one from the HALLOWEEN camp has officially confirmed these details, but we’ll let you know more as we find it out.

Nemesis412 01-17-2005 01:51 PM

Hmmm sounds good actually. I thank you very much Shape.

CAN'T WAIT :o :)

Michaels Shape 01-17-2005 01:52 PM

Your welcome Nemisis, I cant wait either, Im a huge Halloween fan and Im going to see this just because it's part of the Halloween Franchise.:)

IDrinkYourBlood 01-17-2005 02:16 PM

Of course, in doing so you will encourage further lousy sequels to be made.

Then you will need to go see them.

etc.

EXTR3MIST 01-17-2005 02:59 PM

Better space than back in a fucking summer camp or a shitty little town in Illinois.

Nemesis412 01-17-2005 03:15 PM

Yeah RIGHT. That was THE stupidest fucking movie i have EVER seen.

Shitty town in Illinois? Ok obviously you dont know anything. That the reason Halloween was scary it was REALISTIC.

Michaels Shape 01-17-2005 03:52 PM

Hall9ween is going to be good I already know it because he's not in space and he's not in a versus movie.

Michaels Shape 01-17-2005 03:54 PM

Space is the STUPIDEST fucking thing I have ever heard to, what kind of shit makes a movie where your in space about 1,000,000 years before anything and then goes back where your fighting on earth before flying cars?

EXTR3MIST 01-17-2005 03:57 PM

Nothing at all.

Hold it - they have't seriously incorporated the "9" into the "Halloween", have they?

God almighty, after Se7en and Thir13en Ghosts this is getting R1D1CUL0U5.

Michaels Shape 01-17-2005 04:08 PM

This one actually makes since. Se7en Makes no since at all.

EXTR3MIST 01-17-2005 04:10 PM

It's like a "V" on a right-angle.

Sort of.

Bloody nonsinse.

Nemesis412 01-17-2005 04:14 PM

lol yeah thats true

Michaels Shape 01-17-2005 05:57 PM

Exaclty that makes no since.

Nemesis412 01-17-2005 06:12 PM

Ploelpe can mkae out msot wrods jsut so lnog as the frsit and lsat lteters are in the rhigt pcleas. See?;)

Static 01-19-2005 12:58 PM

I have always liked Jason more than Michael Myers but I have a friend that says Michael is superior just because he can drive. I think that is an incredably studid reason.

Michaels Shape 01-19-2005 01:14 PM

Yeah I would say thats retarded.

Nemesis412 01-19-2005 01:20 PM

Hahah thats cool Static.

Well I like Michael more than Jason and i think jason is freakin sweet. but as your friend goes, being able to drive IS a dumbass reason lol.

I think Mike would be better just because, Mike is Smarter, He waits things out. He is also not that much smaller than Jason and has the same power. While Jason does the same as Michael, Mike make his way around smooth and quitely. while Jason seems to lumber around.

They are pretty much the same in many aspects. While Michael was the original Killer, Jason seems to follow Michael a little too close in the same way.

Don't get my wrong, Static, I love Jason and I want to get the box-set.

If you mean movie wise, It is up to the viewer. I like all kinds but I prefer the look of Myers and the films better in a town but the forest is still scary.

What do you think Static?
