I know what you mean HM, my tree is up, my shopping's done, I had a Christmas dinner at school today [Itz a really strange tradition, my school is full of them, not that Im complaining].....But I still cant get into the cheer. Oh well, makes the time go quicker when you arent always thinking about it, lol.

But seriously, really, it's kind of nice, I think, to get into the Xmas spirit for a moment. Say hi to someone and wish them Happy Holidays. Smile a little! Spread a little happiness and good cheer around. People can use it! So do it now! Now, now!

I'm in the Christmas spirit. Even though I have a cold and I feel like shit. Merry motherfucking christmas to all.

It feels more like christmas now.... the decorations are up, the christmas tree and other lights are iluminated and there's some wrapped present already under the tree. :)

All I want now is some snow.... but the fuckin Uk weather will guarantee constant rain :(

im suprisingly not this year. it just doesnt seem like christams? even with the suprising cold front florida has right now. i mean when i was decorating my tree i wasnt in the christmas mood? something weird is happening. i think christmas is dying, but im still going to church. :confused:

my wife decorated the tree last night. My contribution was cutting the bottom off of it. Sticky sap oozing son of a bitch. That crap wont come off the saw.

just one more reason for me to hate the bloody holiday.

I dont bother with shoveling loads of snow, just a small strip from the front door to the path. I've got big chunky walking boots....grip like hell in the snow :)

I found engine degreasant pretty good at removing the sap off of a saw blade. We've got this stuff called Gunk, works good.

ill be in the xmas spirit once i get my last finals done (2 more, doin em saturday) an finally get some shopping for myself done

i'm taking tomorrow afternoon to do all of my shopping.

finished mine today.... got the last present delivered this afternoon, some American Golf Discount Store vouchers for one of my brothers, that should keep him busy in the new 5000sqft shop, that's just opened up down the road from where he lives :D

my worst nightmare is that my wife wants me to do a 'stocking' for her .. full of candy and odd shit.

i think it would be a funny joke if i got a human leg from a medical supply shop and stuffed it in there.

would be much better with a real leg

maybe i should get a bunch of eyeballs while i'm at it and hide them in the chocolates for when guests come over.

Yeah, my ex was good at that but never realized it apparently. She questioned me one day about a couple of things I had laying out...I calmly put them away, then stormed through the whole house and gathered ALL of the shit that she had laying around that shouldn't have been...and I just threw it all in the middle of the living room floor and said, "Here, take care of this."

five years ago i had a bunch of friends then the usual happened school was over and i havent seen about 97% of them since and two of the four people i was still friends with after school were killed and one died in a boxing match now i have one friend and he now has a girlfriend who's currently pregnat for him so needless to say we don't hang out that much anymore so i sit inside all day watching movies,playing video games and sit in front of this damn computer.

so as far as i'm concerned the holidays can take their spirit and shove it up their asses.

but serioulsly i don't know i guess after while you just don't get into it like you used to when you were a kid although i'm technocly still a just a kid myself.

and by the way all that shit in ^that post is true but i don't let it get me down anymore.
