Are We Insane, Or Has Anyone ELSE Ever Done This?
 

I was on the phone yesterday, and all night long for 14 HOURS!....I am NOT exaggerating, and we did not take a break...We went about our normal daily routines, without ever hanging up the telephone...He walked to KFC to get something to eat while I was still on the phone, and he described the things he was walking past, on the way there...I cleaned the house, did dishes and laundry while he talked to me...He had to hook his battery charger up a few times while we were talking, and I had to keep switching back and forth between 2 phones...When the battery died in the first one, I let it charge while I used another one, when THAT battery died, I went back to the first, and so on...We never DID hang up...It ended when the batteries in both of my phones were completely dead, and the one I was on last just cut out...It was okay though, because he was almost falling asleep at that point anyway, and he had to get up for work about 5 hours later:)

SOOO...Has anyone else ever done this?...What's the longest YOU guys ever stayed on the phone?...If you haven't ever done THIS, Is there anything ELSE that you may have done, that you think no one else ever has, that may have made you think you might be insane?






It really was crazy...But, a hell of a lot of fun:)

The first night i ever spoke to Bree, we started talkign around 9 pm and didnt get off until 6 the next morning. okay, so thats only 9 hours, but pretty good for a first meeting.

And you guys ended up getting married ;)

LOL...HE was on a cell phone...I was switching back and forth between 2 cordless phones..........Hmm...He would probably LOVE it if he became a radioactive mutant...lol

ive done that so many times its ridiculous. i did that right beforea midterm too

i met a guy when i was 16. he lived half an hour away, neither of us had cars.

well in a period of 3 weeks the phone bill was $75. thats 5 cents a minute..... i dunno how to figure that out, but its big

60 minutes at .$05 a minute = $2.25


Figures to roughly 33 hours, give or take.

About 8 hours straight. Not of my own choosing though. She just rambled on that long is all.

It's weird how sometimes the time just flies on the phone....One minute it rings, the next minute, you're nodding off at 5 am......OOOH! Then your ears get all sore and red, and you can't sleep right because you've had the phone up to you ear for too long.....

anyway i know ive definitely gone at least 8. after that i dunno anymore. i know ive talked to somewhat strangers on phone for like 5 hours sometimes.

Wow...I think the longest I've talked on the phone all at once, to one person, is maybe 3 hours...and I didn't do much talking...I mostly listened and said "yeah", "no", "uh-huh", and laughed. :p

I hate talking on the phone, wanna talk come over and we will talk. My lady and I talked for about 5 minutes on the phone. She came over to my place and then she never left. It has been nearly 7 years now, and nearly not one day apart.

I dont mind talking on the phone, but I dont talk too much....longest ever for me probably only 2-3 hours...not bad I guess

my ear sweats real bad when i am on the phone a long time.

I have pretty long phone calls, but never that long.

i hate talking on the phone too.i have a friend who calls and tries to talk forever so i always have to come up with a lame excuse to get off the phone.

I talk on the phone for a living, i have a headset thank god otherwise i would die. I don't even like doing it and i'm getting paid for it lol.

longest 4 me has been 3 hrs wen i was 11 my neighbor that i was realy good friends w/ mov w/ her grandma to baltimore so the one day she called i was on the phone for 3 hrs. the shortst phone cal r always to my dad cuzthen my step mom taks the phone and talks to me even if i wanted to talk to my dad n not her

i also hate talking on the phone - unless there's a good reason.

so there you are - both of you ... nobody talking for about 15 cents a minute.

About 25 mintues is my reocrd for the phone. My personal faviorate is about 18-19 hours strait of plaiyng video games. Give or take an hour for rest romm breaks, and snack attacks for pop-trats or something that took about 2-3 ,mintues to make and eat.

What...The...Fuck!!!! :eek: :eek: :eek: you yankies are damn crazy. 3, 8,9...... hours wtf you wana talk that long for. Get in the car and drive to them.

10 minutes is all I can handle, talking on the blower for.
