What does sexual preference have to do with talent? If a person can sing ( or play an instrument) then being gay should have nothing to do with them being part of the band. Unless the band is made up of homophobic people, in which case would make them very narrow minded and lame.

Lol look at you getting all fired up.....I was saying if your band has a image of "oh god lets kill some people metal" and "lets eat there faces as we shoot innocent kittens" and then your lead singer goes home and takes it up the ass from some guy on queer eye for the straight guy, then you arent gonna sell alot of records, and thats kinda the goal for a band......so agree or disagree but im right.

I bet alot of the bands you listen to has gay members and you don't even know it. Not everyone advertises their sexuality.

Hello read what i wrote...elton john doesnt have a image that is meant for screaming teenagers who think there so hardcore and listen to bands with masks thinking that they are different from everyone else.....He is really old and can take it up the ass if he want to because he has done so much as a musician that he can do anything and still have billions of fans

Well maybe you should tell all of the kids who think that Slipknot, korn, system of a down, and all those other queer bands that they do it for an image....they dont go home and act the same..those bands dont deserve the money the make because they are stealing it from kids who resort to those bands thinking they have accepted the fact that they are "different" and become rebel teens who say fuck the system and society...but in reality they arent different they are like everyone else who supports those damn losers who spend their not hard earned money on stupid crap, bang there model girlfriends, go on stage and yell for an hour, and pretend to be anti-everything, then go cash another check and go buy some more dumb shit....

everyone at my school listens to slipknot and all them (the white non-redneck ones anyway) and i am white but listen to rap and hang around the black kids but most of my friends ARE white

As far as bands and music, I dont give a fuck if thety're popular/unpopular, black/white/chinese/or any other ethinic group, staright/gay/lesbian/homophobe , poser/real

I only care if I like their music. Fuck image. Fuck socity;) Socity is actually pretty fucked, I just dont like saying anything about it, cause then Im like everyone else who pretends to be punk...
