"David Lynch's startling debut feature is a disturbing and surreal vision. Misfit factory worker Henry Spencer (Jack Nance) is enveloped in a series of visceral and nightmarish experiences when his girlfriend gives birth to a hideously mutated creature."

"This film remains as powerful, original and disturbing as ever" - Empire

"A nightmare excursion into the subconscious that is at times almost unbearable to watch"- The Sunday Times

according to them, the genre is fantasy, drama and horror.

I got this film months ago, but never got round to watching it.

if it's made in 1977 then how was it made before the 70's?

Brilliant, but an acquired taste - you will either love or hate it.

Eraserhead is required viewing.

Apparently if you want the DVD you practically have to buy it from Lynch himself at insane prices.

if you like David Lynch's movies, then you'll probably like EH. other than that, you may be disappointed. There's a lot of quietness to the film, not much dialogue. Some scenes are tough to watch. You can tell it's one of Lynch's earlier works.
