i thaought it was good. the beginning was a little corney, and in the theatre i felt a little outa place because everyone was acting so scared and i was laughing!!! but w/e, i later got into the movie, i dunno something about the tooth farie killing children just seems good in a way. next they should make a movie about the easter bunny and santa teaming up and going on a huge child rade! *ponders to self.......mabye michael jackson could be the easter bunny........nnnooooooo thats mean* ;)

It was alright. Not the greatest thing in the world. I liked The Ring better.

1st of i thought it was an ok movie. i love emma caufield i think shesa great actress i loved her as anya on buffy. any way i have read plans for a sequel to darkness falls. go to www.movies.com to check out if any new info was posted about it cuz its been awhile since i checked it for that movie

I liked it, especially the opening, very spooky. There was a lot wrong with it though and if you listen to the DVD the filmakers will probably mention all the bad stuff that you had picked out. A sequel would be good if they got a chance to make the actual movie they set out to make.

the beginning wasnt too bad. The rest of it blew, and blew hard. That was the lamest kill i have ever seen when they offed her.

This movie might have been good if it weren't for the following things:

It was rated PG-13, thus aimed at a kiddy audience that likes to go to the movies on weekends to get scared.

Had one of the worst ideas I've ever heard of in a horror movie.

Wasn't a very constant pace, slow and totally uninteresting.

I liked Darkness Falls. Alot of people don't, though. Also, alot of people compare it to "They". But, i've never seen They. So I wouldn't know.

I didn't like it at all. I thought it was boring and very typically "PG-13 rated Hollywood horror film". That's not to say I can't enjoy such movies (I liked Signs alright), but Darkness Falls was just a bit too cliched and lacking for me...

Darkness Falls IMO is one of the most boring flicks I have seen in awhile. But what messed this movie up for me is the last part.

had its choice moments, for the most part was gay. the witch sounded more like a shrieking cat of some sort. just kinda dumb overall.. dEFINTELY!

It's formulaic and definitely not scary. In short: it stinks. It had a kernel of an original idea in it, though.

i have it only because it was on sell for five dollars and now i regret buying it... but i will keep it for my collection
