Okid dokie... As some of you know, i dont get to have a drop of caffeine or alcohol for a month (starting yesterday....)

However.... Today... i am purchasing... THE HALF-LIFE2 GOLD BUNDLE!!! Thats right, i am paying $89.95 for the following:

Yes i am that big of a nerd, but i am fucking dying for this. the stuff with the * still isnt released, but i get my hands on a shiny new version of Counter-Strike, which is a form of crack to me. I cant smoke or drink, but i can kick the crap out of 13 year olds online, which is almost as good.

the best part? when releaded, i get the updated version of the original half-life... This has me drooling... Half-life is my all-time favorite game (so far)... it is going to seriously kick ass in the new engine.

i know how you feel. i feel excatly the same way about battlefield 1942. and its extensions. (except for those fucking helicopters that i cant fly)

Even though I enjoy pics of people with alien monsters on their heads as much as the next guy ... even this thread is too nerdy for me.

I was considering getting either the bronze or the silver package, but decided against it, as you dont get anything on cd/dvd, you have to get it all from steam via download. Not to keen on steam either.

Looking forward to CSSource, since 1.6 came out I've not played CS as much, left a couple of clans and started playing DoD, but DoD is being upgraded to the Source engine so that should be good.

I'm gona wait for a complete retail package to get released in the shops and get it that way. I know I'm gona have to wait a bit longer, but Hell!! we've been waiting for years for HL2, so a few more weeks wont be too painfull.

I played the doom 3 demo, and it rocks, it really does. scared the shit out of me. but now having played counter-strike: source, i can only see hl2 being better.

The source engine is absolutely gorgeous.

i dont really play games on the puter for some reason.. just doesnt work for me.

im down with little consoles toh (i know, which is pretty much, just a puter.. SHUT UP)

anyway im gonna get tony hawks underground II. :D im thinking of getting HALO II just for kicks tho, even tho its not my style. tony hawk, his other shit kinda bored me, but just the fact u get to break stuff is cool with me :D

oh yeh. im gonna go get a game cube. those shits r only $100 damnit! i love those mario games! gonna get super mario cart (kjust like on N64) and that weird game with all the mini games. yeh, im bad with names.

Just hope HL2 is better, or at least I expect it to be, since it's taken about 4 centuries to be nearing release.
