So what do you guys think about this movie the grudge, I mean I'm a fan of Sarah Michelle Gellar (Buffy Rules) The movie looks really cool!!! What do you think? I have to say I'm most interested in the new Chucky movie, whats better than a killer doll!!!

I can't wait to see this. I am also a hude fan of buffy!!! :D :D
She's a great actress and she dose all her own stunts!!

I'm mostly interested in seeing this because it's been produced by Sam Raimi, and it's been directed by the director who did
Juon-on, the Japanese original for which this movie is the basis.

i really wanna see this juon-on movie....someone else said that they were completely freaked out byt it and i know that the japanese ring was wayyyy scarier than its american counterpart,,,,,,,,anyone know where i can get a hold of the jap version....of the grudge (or juon-on)??

that'll be me Mirth. I'd reccomend you get both Grudge 1 & 2. You'll find that the 2nd one is better than the first and is more intense. Dont wana give too much away, but you wont find lots of gore etc, but the film director created such an atmosphere with his ideas and directing, it can be quite creepy.... a lot more than any other film I've seen.... and I've seen some pretty nasty shit in my time.

The Grudge. have u seen the japanese original "Ju-on" I'm really into Japanese horror and its easily on par with Ringu or Dark water. Scary, creepy shit & the wife won't watch couldn't take it, which is a good recomendation.

Have they already made the "Buffy" version ? we Blighty folks only just got the Japanese version, watched it the other night, not to impressed. Prefered "Dark Water" "Ringu" and "The Eye" this one just seemed like a wannabe...

Well the trailer did look pretty good. But made me think it was a slight rip-off of The Forgetten. That part where the boy meowed like a cat fucking creeped me out.
