So, my pc got some bitch of a virus...I aint a pc geek so I won't elaborate other than to say it whiped out every single file association, and my security clearance to change anything, by means of having attatched files that were identified as spywear to other certain files pertaining to the above-mentioned, so when I did a spywear check and removal, it took those away....NOTHING was working, not even system restore, and I couldn't reformat either, as the dvd drive would only open disks, but not actually make it so they WORKED.

Anyway, I had somebody come round and fix it, after about 4 hours....he did it for free being family and all which was cool...
All is well.
However, for some reason, since I've reinstalled everything, my old email just WON'T link to hdc...so I'm using my gmail one now...
This is my new name...just thought I'd let all know...

Shit, cheeba, sorry to hear that. Fucking computers.... I am stuck because i am a crack-head when it comes to computers, but mine has been giving me shit for weeks now too. Gonna have to start over from scratch (maybe) and it pisses me off. Since i am a programmer, i have ms Visual Studio installed, which is fucking HUGE (over a gig) and takes a couple of hours to install. if i have to do that again, i will find the people who make spyware and make their families and neighbors cry....

Trust me, I know what it's like to have a fucked up computer. A virus appears once a week, so I have to go to System Restore and restore my computer back a day, that way the virus will be gone. But if somehow it isn't, Instead of deleting all my files like a idiot I'll just go to System Recovery. Makes the computer like new. Of course, doing that loses EVERYTHING you put on there. Makes it as iff you just bought the computer and just started it up for the first time. Great for virus, bad for keeping important files. Thank God for Floppy discs.
