Seen the Evil Dead remake yet? *BEWARE OF SPOILERS*
 

What do guys think? Remake, but it looks pretty good. It has been tossed all over the TV lately.

I'm excited to see it. I'm actually not going to see it opening weekend, I will be seeing it on April 26. I herad the critics have written generally positive reviews (I have never disliked a horror film that the critics liked or loved, although there have been plenty that they hated that I liked or loved).

It was so good!!! Less camp but all the gore!

I really liked it.

Saw it Thursday night~ really good flick. Original enough with little nods to the original here and there, but not too much where you feel like you can predict the scenes and tastefully done. This will be a BluRay purchase when it is released for home video.

I'm glad to hear that so many people have liked the film. This is increasing my excitement to see the film on April 26th.

I am so gutted you guys get this two weeks before The UK!

UK will get to see the Spoof of Evil Dead remake in Scary movie 5, one week before The Evil Dead Remake comes out! :p

I enjoyed it. Gore galore. I think it did enough to be true to the original but it also did enough to stand on its own.

I loved the imagery and relentless gore. Couldn't have asked for more. :)

SPOILERS AHEAD!!!

I hated it until things started turning to shit for the protagonists, then I enjoyed it until Mia was miraculously ok and turned into the Ash character. I really hope they're not setting her up to be the Ash in any potential sequels.

The absolute best part is after the credits, so make sure to stick around through the end.
