same here. ending was very cliche. basically didn't like all of the ending sequences, starting with the grain tower. no surprises with the hearing aid feedback. maybe the only surprise was the fate of one of the main characters, and I didn't like that all... didnt even really have any impact, seemed forced and clunky.

Unfriended: The Dark Web - 7/10

This actually surprised me. The only issue I had was that considering the entire movie takes place over a computer screen, all the messages back and forth between the characters were impossible to read unless I walked up to my TV which I did quite often actually. I don't hold that against the movie as it was just part of the illusion of it all being on a computer screen. This movie had some very creepy elements to it And I recommend it. To be honest I have never seen the first one but I am assuming this one has nothing to do with that one.

I didn't much like Body Snatchers 1993. It didn't offer anything new. Since this film was almost approaching a sequel, as it jumps right into the alien reveal quickly, it was a great opportunity to get into the nature of the alien life, origin, belief systems and sociology, get into some good conversations, build up an enemy character. But the big conversation in this film was actually less than the original 1956 version, and the quality of the convo wasn't as good either, it was just a copy. ::wink::

Plus I didn't think it was as exciting or scary as the prior two versions.
