I just got to see X men 3 last night. It was the last show, and we had the whole theater to ourselves. I liked it. I know it could have been better, but I go to the movies to be entertained and I was surely entertained.

i'm just thinking it may be full screen which - given the cinematography in this film - would be a shame ..

i believe the anchor bay version restores a few deleted scenes as well ..

I've seen the Anchor Bay extended cut (basically the European cut) of Profondo Rosso, and it does feature numerous scenes that were cut from the American release, either for time or to get an R-rating (Carlo Rambaldi built some of the gore effects). It really is a cooler version, and yes, it's definitely better in widescreen.

i remember at least one of the scenes restored was a dialogue scene that was subtitled as one of the actors spoke only italian.

i think...

"Dead End" - awful, awful movie. The only thing keeping it from being a complete waste of time was Lin Shaye ("Something About Mary") as the grief stricken mother. Otherwise, avoid at all cost!

I think I need to be like POsher and have my own review thread, lol. My opinions seem to differ the most. I thought Dead End was great.
