I saw the same line-up in Lawrence, KS! |
My last one was the weekend before last, at the local fairgrounds. Ted Nugent was there. The rain was coming down is sheets, however he still played. The local police had to drag him off the stage. We were all not happy, as neither was Ted. However, the reason for stopping the show, as the police said, was for safty reasons. Naturally, none of us got a refund, of any kind. So that blows. Ah well, I got to see about two hours of the show anyway. Last year, Led Zeppelin was there, which i saw the entire show of.

Dropdead and Systematic Death
looked for a patch for you elvis unfortunately they weren't selling any. systematic death blew me away, pretty sure these guys dont speak a word of english but they rule. |
Quote:
Wow... Systematic Death are killer. Love those guys, that show would've ruled. Do you get into stuff like Paintbox, Gauze or GISM? Japanese shit totally kills I so want to check that country especially for all the dope music. Framtid and Confuse are great too especially if you like your punk harsh and noisy. |
Lol-no crap my last show was Vicki Lawrence. I got to see The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia!lol-In my defense it was free.....:o
|
Three Six Mafia, i gave Gangsta Boo a dollar while she performed "where the dollas at"... but i guess the real last one was the one i performed at about a week ago.. my first time on stage, i did "take it to the street"..
|
Saturday 18th saw the mighty Fear Factory at the manchester academy, absolutely fantastic. At the end Dino threw his guitar pick into the crowd which my mate caught, cherry on the icing for him. Great set, great vocals and overall great performance. Mosh pit was a bit lively too!
Support was Daath (not bad at all) and High On Fire (sounded ok but the lead singer/guitar didnt work) |
I saw Watain and Deströyer 666 at KB a couple of months back. Pretty awesome.

The Melvins are still around? Crazy fucking band, lol. |
Quote:
The whole set was heavy as fuck, I thought the drummer was very good but I wasnt impressed with the vocals. It seemed he was getting too much help from the microphone as he didnt have the vocal power, plus he kept pulling stupid gurning faces of all things, just didnt sit right. Still enjoyed them though! |
Mine was The Taste Of Chaos Tour, 15.11.2010
There was Halestorm, Buckcherry, Papa Roach and Disturbed. Blew my brains out! |
Kate Miller Heidke twice (NJ & DE) - She's gonna be a STAR!
Aimee Mann - Strand Theatre Shelby Lynne & Alison Moorer (Side By Side) Tarrytown NY and the biggest and GREATEST Theatrical Spectacle of ALL TIME. You can argue music (it's all taste). But, the #1 theatrical Rock and Roll, mother-fucking, God couldn't have designed this any better - ROGER WATERS THE WALL 2010 (5 times) Oh and the opening preview of Spiderman. |
My last show was High On Fire and the Melvins. Best show I've been to in a long time.

I saw A Hawk And A Hacksaw for a second time last year.
|
last concert......
Iron Maiden
|
just saw Motorhead last night. like a dream come true, they played all my fav tracks and tore it up so friggin hard.
|
Right on. I'd love to see Motorhead. Missed them last time they came to NZ. I'm hoping they will swing by later in the year. Their last few albums rule just as much as their classic ones.
|
Got to see Kyuss a couple of weeks back. Shit was so killer!

Gin Blossoms at Harrah's
|
lets see..past couple months,
OFF! twice, ready for a third time next week cuz they fucking rule so hard. Melvins - everything I expected it to be, best band ever. played Lysol, Houdini and Eggnog all the way through, rad. TSOL - my buddies band opened for them last night, they were good but Jack Grisham left 10 minutes into the set after getting hit in tha face with the bottle and the band were left to finished the set by themselves with people from the crowd filling in for vocals. Crowbar - ruled Eyehategod - never much of a fan but they ruled live. Magurdergrind opened for them. |
4 year strong - bad religion - rise against
at the joint in vegas bad religion killed as usual, didnt stay for rise against. |
Eyehategod would've ruled. Real keen to see OFF! Hope they play somewhere close to me sometime.
