Just out of curiosity, who was in the first "Thing" and when was it made? I know it's not a sequal so it must be a remake to be in this tourny right?

This one's harder since I have a soft spot in my heart of good ole jason, and this was his first appearance as the killer. but I'm gonna have to vote for the TCM remake.

you younguns make me want to puke - but that's a thread in indie films so i'll just leave it there- the 2003 TCM was such a pathetic, hollywood, glossy remake it makes me want to take a chainsaw to the whole cast and crew
