Well, RR, I'm not sure i was desperate to leave - I do think I was letting myself get caught up in HDC more than I should have (spending a lot of time on here and getting a bit too emotionally involved in my relationship with some HDC-folks) . . . but now i've got a fresh mental attitude and i'm ready to cause mischief again!

I know what you mean,about getting emotionally involved.
I have gotten so incredibly mad and sad about posts before-and I truly care about the ppl that post here.

i totally agree - but its a weird kind of involvement - its not exactly the same as seeing people in the coffeeshop or the office on a regular basis. its much easier for people to treat you harshly - or start ignoring you -

but, i also love being able to pop into HDC and join in at virtually any time of the day

Yeah,it's like you never left.
I think the trick is to come back before everyone completely forgets about you:)
