I'm not so sure that's fair....isolated incidents like that are always going to occur...there are plenty of good people, however, that will put the money given to them to good use.

I get what you're saying...but Hellboy and anybody else who donates to a charitable cause goes into it with the best intentions...I think he can feel secure in the fact that at least HE did the right thing...

If you take focus off of it then it'll just continue to happen, by keeping focus on it the government is forced to speed up to make themselves look better.

Well there's already been people arrested for fraud, for impersonating an evacuee and attempting to collect funding. Of course I'm not saying that's all of 'em, I'm sure there are just some people who are going to blow the money.
