I finally saw last week's episode and I still have to disagree because if you think about it we're not talking about Tom Cruise or Sean Penn although nobody knows for sure but I think it's safe to say those guys and other actors of their status shouldn't have much to compain about for sitting around a few hours.

On the other hand I heard one of these guys saying they had to see their landlord to pay their rent but they just had 'em sitting their doing nothing, that sounds like someone who was being patient and then just got fed up not a spoiled hollywood actor but that's just me.

and overall I think Gulagher isn't doing a good job at all and the movie isn't going to be that good not just because of him it just doesn't look like it's going to be that good and the only money it makes besides the average B-movie income is going to be because of the attention it's getting from the show.

I'm a real fan of low budget/B horror movies. I agree 3 million is pretty low in comparison to most movies, and your right this movie will make more do to the show, in the theatre, but will do even better on Video. The Director says it's slow from what he has already seen so I'm sure there is going to be some creative editing.

I don't think the budget has much to do with it, of course there is a point where it's just to low and you're not going to get anything done but Halloween was done on a 300 thousand dollar budget and was shot in a month but it's one of if not the best horror movie ever made so having 3 million shouldn't be much of a problem unless you don't know what you're doing which so far Gulagher doesn't.

IMO Halloween relied a lot on the psychological aspect, not gore/FX i.e. a guy standing in the bushes. Whereas "Feast" at face value, appears to rely heavily on gore/FX, which can really eat up the cash.

It appears that Gullaghers leadership abilities are lacking, but his directorial skills are yet to be seen, as far as this project is concerned.

I'm not sure what you mean because his directorial skills are being seen on tv every Thursday night. He hasn't been a good director so far that's obvious, the only people agreeing with him are his wife and dad. If the director isn't a good leader then the movie is going to be shit, leadership ability is a directorial skill and he's shown that he doesn't have it.

p.s.
If you're right and it is depending on gore and FX then it's probably going to suck anyway.

I guess I should say vision or ideas, not his ability to tell someone where to stand.

I think his directorial skills have yet to be seen. You really can't get much from what they show on TV.Sure he comes across as an introverted buffoon and by his own admission, he's somewhat lacking in communication skills, but.....you have to remember this is a "reality show" and they are going to edit it in such a way as to bring all the drama to the forefront.
From the looks of his submitted short, he does have a unique way of filming.

we might not get to see his vision or ideas since he doesn't know how to get 'em across to anybody in the proper way.

Most of us BUST OUR ASSES for pennies of what actors make.

I think most celebs are ungrateful egomaniacs.

No I dont think they are going to retire off of what they make from this film, and judging by the performances maybe they should grow up and stop playing pretend for a living.

As for the personal attack of me being a moron, good thing for you the internet is anonymous.

Are you related to that bitch who is the casting director by the way??

Either A. you work in the entertainment industry or B. you are a civil servant.

Everyone has an opinion and fuck you if you dont like mine.

I'm an attorney with some experience with entertainment issues. I know some of your comments were ignorant statements. I'll leave it at that.

Why would it need to be anonymous? Are you going to hurt me? You don't know who I am and I don't know who you are. To ever bring up the anonymous card is a joke. I'd have no problem telling you that you're a moron to your face. I'm not exactly a skinny little middle schooler like most posters on this site.

Also, read my other posts. I ripped on the casting agent previously in this thread.
