Here is a poem I wrote a while back. I've actually posted it here before, but since this is a poetry thread, thought I'd post again.
It's not about HDC, but here ya go...

something grows inside me
seemingly insatiable
this hunger divides me

the bigger it grows
the smaller i become
soon it will escape me
and like an infinite darkness
it will overtake the sun

you only see my outer shell
this small timid frame
so unbecoming and frail

let me do you all a favor
i'll put this to an end
tear my flesh off in pieces
and discard this cloak of skin

now what do you see?
do you scare easily?

I've become something
that you never wanted me to be
I no longer care about your accpetance
I'm finally free

Free of flesh and limitation
light shines from every pore
dark wings unfold
behold my spirit as it soars.

I cant come up with anything origional, but i have a knack for fucking up suff other people come up with.

My wife says i have ruined every song she's ever liked because she cant get my 'new and improved' lyrics out of her head.
