So...assuming your taste doesn't completely suck, I have to say that this must've been a sequel or something?...and they fucked it up, huh?

It was a sequel and I thought it was no where near as good as Merlin, its a shame really, Ive got a lot of time for Sam Neill.

Basically, an English gentleman who dabbles in photography develops a method of photographing a spirit of death that visits the victim as they are about to die. His further experiments allow him to trap this spirit, thereby making the potential victim immortal. He has success trapping his own Asphyx, but when he tries to immortalise family members, things start to go wrong...

8.5/10 for this interesting British horror from the early 70's.

Bought this on DVD last year, always like to watch the 70's stuff to see if any gems are hidden away in amongst the rubbish. I liked this film but felt they could've done a little more with it. Why they couldn't have used a safer way to get the girls asphyx I dont know!

Taxi Driver- 8/10

The Party - Sellers is soooo funny.

Godzilla: Final Wars - What if an Old School Godzilla movie were made today and was also influenced by movies such as Star Wars and Matrix? It was good though, a lot of fun. Don Frye is the man.

and

Kentucky Fried Movie - Some funny stuff and some not so funny. I like to watch this one every once in a while.

What an excellent movie. Hadn't seen it for a while, and then had the chance to see it again about a month ago. Still a very powerful film.

Aftermath

Very well made. Stark and clinical in its setting and composition, it just seems to flow along, with such a gradual and fluid progression from the routine to the perverse. Really made me feel uncomfortable towards the end.

Kill Bill V.1 9/10

Amazing! "Pussy Wagon.... fucker"

Uh.... wait, why is it so amazing? Sure it's a classic, and in the dead trilogy, but it just doesn't seem like a big deal to me. I'd prefer the remake because it has more gore, etc. And no i'm not saying I hated it, but I just don't care that much for it. And not because it was black and white.

Star Wars 5 : The Empire Strikes back
