Pryachsya! aka The Weather Station...Hitchcockian Russian thriller...looks very interesting!

BLACK DEATH

From Brit director Christopher Smith (Creep, Severance and Triangle), comes a brutal epic about a medieval plague.

In a plague-ridden medieval England, Osmund (Eddie Redmayne), a young monk, is charged in leading the fearsome knight Ulrich (Sean Bean), and his group of mercenaries to a remote village where the inhabitants are unaffected by the deadly pestilence. Their quest is to hunt down a necromancer – someone able to bring the dead back to life.
Their journey is long and brutal; encountering deadly bandits, vicious witch-burnings and their own impeding sense of doom. Though it’s upon entering the village that their true horror begins

Bibliothèque Pascal

Truth is stranger than fiction in Hungarian director Szabolcs Hajdu's this visually impressive film; a dark sex-trafficking fairy tale from Central Europe. The talented writer-helmer imbues a crude and ugly business with a surrealistic beauty as he transforms the disturbing memories of a Hungarian-Romanian femme sold into the sex trade into stories and tableaux with Terry Gilliamesque touches.

Just what we need another remake, ok I admit not all remakes are bad, there are a few i do like, but I also think the originals need to be appreciated more.
